राजस्थान सरकार ने इन घटनाओं के बाद कड़े कदम उठाए। 2021 में एक बड़ा कानून लाया गया, जिसमें दोषियों को 10 साल की सजा और 10 करोड़ रुपये तक का जुर्माना लगाने का प्रावधान था। बाद में इस कानून में संशोधन कर दोषियों को आजीवन कारावास की सजा का प्रावधान जोड़ा गया।

उत्तर प्रदेश में परीक्षा पेपर लीक का सिलसिला पिछले दशक में तेजी से बढ़ा है। 2017 से 2024 के बीच कम से कम नौ बड़े पेपर लीक के मामले सामने आए। सबसे चर्चित घटनाओं में 2021 का UPTET पेपर लीक और 2024 की कॉन्स्टेबल भर्ती परीक्षा शामिल है। अकेले इन दो घटनाओं में 4.8 मिलियन उम्मीदवार प्रभावित हुए।

इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट की सख्त टिप्पणी:
उत्तर प्रदेश विधानसभा और विधान परिषद की भर्तियों में हुए घोटालों पर हाईकोर्ट ने सख्त रुख अपनाया। कोर्ट ने इसे “शर्मनाक घोटाला” करार देते हुए कहा कि भर्ती प्रक्रिया में 20% से ज्यादा नियुक्तियां उच्च अधिकारियों के रिश्तेदारों को दी गईं।

सरकार की जवाबदेही:

  • हर घटना के बाद जांच बैठाई गई।
  • नकल माफियाओं के खिलाफ अभियान शुरू हुआ।
