Union Home Minister Amit Shah released the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) manifesto, Sankalp Patra, for the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections on 3 November 2024 in Ranchi. Shah addressed three rallies alongside the unveiling, underscoring the BJP’s commitment to Jharkhand’s development.
The manifesto outlines key pledges aimed at improving the lives of Jharkhand’s residents:
- Financial Support for Women: The BJP has committed to providing ₹2,100 monthly to women to bolster their economic independence and household security.
- Free LPG Cylinders: As part of its efforts to ease the cost of living, the BJP promises to supply two free LPG cylinders per year to each household in Jharkhand.
During his speech, Shah highlighted the BJP’s distinct focus on development, contrasting it with the governance of the Hemant Soren-led state government. He asserted that the BJP’s policies are designed to secure a prosperous and sustainable future for Jharkhand.
