Fans have been excited for the third part of the popular Hera Pheri movie series, but the film keeps facing problems. After Paresh Rawal announced on social media that he was leaving the film, reports now say that his co-star Akshay Kumar is suing him for Rs 25 crore because he quit the project.
Akshay Kumar is suing Paresh Rawal for being unprofessional and leaving Hera Pheri 3 even though he had signed a legal contract. Akshay is also the producer of the film because he bought the rights from the earlier producer, Firoz Nadiadwala. He is taking legal action through his production company, Cape of Good Films. This is the first time in Akshay’s 35-year career that he has sued another actor.
Hera Pheri 3 had already started filming in April this year, with Paresh Rawal shooting scenes with Akshay Kumar and Suniel Shetty. The website says Paresh left the movie after the producer had already spent money on the shoot. Recently, Paresh tweeted about his decision to leave. Some people thought he left because of creative disagreements, but he said that wasn’t the real reason. The exact reason isn’t clear, but the report says Paresh simply “did not feel like being a part of the film.”
